If you have endometriosis I want you to know that

YOU ARE NOT INCURABLE

We need to change this narrative and understand what our body is capable of given the right environment.

IS ENDOMETRIOSIS IMPACTING YOUR LIFE?

Can you relate to any of this?...

-Your experiences around your menstrual cycle is leaving you feeling exhausted, scared and alone. You feel like you have tried everything, yet nothing has worked.

- No matter how many doctor’s appointments you make or referrals are made you have no answers other than medication which makes you feel rubbish! Yet you still wait in eager anticipation of your next specialist appointment, in the hope that some relief can be found.

- How can you possibly feel confident about yourself when you are always so bloated and sore?

- You wonder if you will ever be pain free in your own body again.

-The idea of been able to enjoy a healthy & happy sex life is unthinkable, as everything hurts so much.

- You feel like a constant failure and ‘let down’ to others around you due to the amount of pain and discomfort you are in.

- You find yourself reminiscing back to the times when your body was not working against you and feel that the best years of your life have already passed you by.

- You dread people asking you how you are.

- Menstrual cramps, UTI's, Thrush and other irritations 'down there' has left you loathing your body.

-Your pelvic pain is impacting negatively on all aspects of your life and you do not know where to turn?

- You know you need to be exercising and taking good care of your body but all you feel is complete exhaustion.

I GET IT!  I GET ALL OF IT & I CAN HELP YOU!

Are you ready to become informed about your health?

Are you ready to change the narrative

for women with endometriosis

I want to be straight up with you. When I was lost in the depths of my illness, I was secretly praying for someone who knows what I know now. That is what has driven me to create Vagina Truth Bomb. It has taken me a significate investment of time, energy and money to know what I know now. Not to mention the loss of my womb, ovaries and cervix.
I do not want other women to have to go through that loss and/or feel as lonely as I did. My approach is full hearted but honest. Addressing your years of endometriosis does not come with a quick fix. You need to be willing to change and have an open heart and mind. If you can commit to that I am here for you!

Here is how we can work together:
